Rebuttal:

Not really much to rebut. It looks like he can ban Sabina from campus. He did it based on a bunch of lies but he is in the position to do it. So, I guess Sabina must stay off campus.

It is interesting that his answer about the consequences was that he would process her normally as per UWP faculty rules. This is a state statute. Interesting but not a rebuttal.
