Case #3: - Chancellor Shields suspended Dr. Sabina Burton on bogus charges and threatened dismissal.

 Dr. Sabina Burton filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in March 2017 (EEOC-form-3-6-17), (EEOC-Complaint-3-6-17). This complaint will be the basis of a federal lawsuit that Dr. Burton intends to file in a timely manner. The complaint outlines some of the more recent acts of retaliation Dr. Burton has suffered.
